Description
Mediator Lily Solmer is the founder and Managing Attorney of Solmer Law Corporation. Ms. Solmer offers a blend of plaintiff and defense-side experience. Ms. Solmer has experience litigating and resolving cases at every stage, from their inception through trial. Capitalizing on past insights from representation on both sides (including as counsel on EPLI cases), Ms. Solmer uses an evaluative mediation style to aid the parties assess the strengths and weaknesses of their case. Ms. Solmer has an outstanding resolution rate in employment law cases and is proficient in Armenian, Russian, and Spanish. She uses her language skills during mediation to build rapport with all parties involved in the process.
