Fee schedule (effective 9/1/26):
$5,000 (full day), $3,000 (half day), $7,000 (class/PAGA actions or multi-party cases). The daily rate covers approximately ten (10) hours of time, including preparation and two hours of follow-up, should the case not settle on the date of the mediation.
